Wernddu Golf Club gets new website

We are proud to announce that we have a new website currently under construction. The new Wernddu Golf Club website will include many new features. Most notably to members are the following -

The ability to book your Teeing off time from anywhere with an internet connection.
Golf and club news articles. Members will be able to join the discussion on these articles.

The spirit of the President’s Cup, better than the Ryder Cup?

If you had the chance to catch the President's Cup, you got a glimpse of team golf at its best. The spirit and sportsmanship between the captains and the opposing teams has been so positive. Everyone on both sides seems to be having a lot of fun. It definitely doesn't have the same antagonism of the Ryder's Cup, where the Euros seem to relish sticking it to the U.S. team and the U.S. team happily obliges by bending over backwards to get run over. I think one day the PGA will have to combine the Ryder Cup and the President's Cup, making it a 3-team competition spanning 1-week.
